No. 2774 — Sweet Pie with Fresh Berries
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2774 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare a pie with dough No. 2769 or No. 2792. Cover with 1 pound of fresh raspberries or pitted cherries and sprinkle with about ½ glass of sugar.
Decorate with strips of dough, let rise, brush with honey diluted in water and bake.
