No. 1759 — Fluffy Potato Porridge
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 1759 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Boil half a garnets measure of potatoes, about two and a half Russian pounds, in lightly salted water.
Rub through a sieve onto a dish and serve with cinnamon or vanilla sugar, almond milk No. 492 or poppy milk No. 493.
