No. 610 — Boiled Potatoes with Butter and Parsley
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 610 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Just before serving, pour melted butter over the potatoes and sprinkle with very finely chopped fresh green parsley.
Serve as a breakfast dish on its own, or with boiled fish, boiled beef, or roasts of beef, veal, mutton and pork.
