Complete English translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 299 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original quantities, preparation and source.
Mix one glass of flour with ½ spoonful of olive oil and salt. Thin with almost one glass of water or beer, then fold in two beaten egg whites.
