English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2773 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Make and bake the dough according to recipe No. 2769. Cover with raspberry, cherry, currant or apricot preserves.
About ¼ of a small glass of rum may be added to the apricot preserves if desired.
