No. 2670 — Fluffy Potato Purée with Almond or Poppy-Seed Milk
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2670 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Peel 3 pounds of potatoes, boil in salted water and drain. Mash immediately while still hot, then rub through a sieve.
Serve with almond milk No. 492 or poppy-seed milk No. 493.
