No. 2668 — Fluffy Buckwheat Porridge with Almond Milk
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2668 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Cook 2 glasses of buckwheat groats in water with salt, let cool and rub through a sieve directly onto a serving dish.
Serve with sugar and almond milk No. 492 or poppy-seed milk No. 493.
