No. 2363 — Fried Mushroom Dumpling Ears
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2363 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare fried little mushroom dumpling ears as in No. 293, but use poppy-seed, sunflower or mustard oil rather than butter.
Serve with borscht, mushroom soup and other dishes.
