No. 2325 — Oat Soup with Smoked Fish
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2325 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare oat soup as in No. 2324 and press through a sieve.
Add cleaned chunks of smoked whitefish or another smoked fish, bring once to a boil and serve with dried dill No. 3983.
