No. 924 — Cold Roast Mutton
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 924 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
If a large part of the hindquarter was roasted and some remains after dinner, the original suggests serving that mutton cold at breakfast the next day, with mustard sauce No. 476.
