No. 474 — Horseradish with Sour Cream
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 474 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Grate a horseradish root and mix it with one glass of the freshest sour cream. Add a little salt. Serve with cold boiled suckling pig or calf's head.
