English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 4124 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Cut the ribs from beneath the upper layer of fat or bacon and chop into serving portions.
Salt in a barrel as in recipe No. 4128, or use fresh.
