No. 3929 — Pickled Saffron Milk Caps in Bottles with Tarragon
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3929 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare as in recipe No. 3928, but flavour the vinegar with cinnamon, cloves and tarragon.
The given proportions are ½ vershok cinnamon, five cloves, five bay leaves and one sprig tarragon.
