No. 3892 — Rahat Lokum (Turkish Delight)
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3892 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Combine 3 glasses starch, 6 glasses water, 3 glasses granulated sugar and ½ glass peeled almonds cut in half.
Boil the mixture, transfer to a stoneware bowl, allow to cool and turn out.
