No. 3623 — A Sixth Method for Restoring Spoiled Butter
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3623 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Wash butter several times in water containing baking soda, at 1 teaspoon soda per glass water. Then wash in clean water and salt.
