No. 3610 — Oat Groats for Haber Soup
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3610 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare these groats almost as for tolokno (see recipe No. 3611), but dry them in a cooler oven.
Unlike the yellowish groats used for tolokno, those for Haber soup should remain nearly white.
