No. 3576 — Another Vinegar Marinade for Meat
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3576 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare as for the preceding meat marinade in recipe No. 3575, but the source permits adding 3 glasses water and increasing the salt to as much as ⅔ glass.
