English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3492 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Beat 12 yolks and 1 pound sugar until white. Add 1½ glasses (½ bottle) rum.
Divide among 6 glasses and fill them with hot tea.
