English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3316 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Remove the stones, crush the cherries and strain the juice.
For each glass juice take 1 glass sugar and reduce to the designated mark. Cook covered as for wild strawberry jelly in recipe No. 3317.
