No. 3306 — Raspberry Jelly, Fourth Method
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3306 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Cover carefully sorted raspberries with just enough water to reach the top of the berries. Cook until the raspberries lose their colour, then strain through a bag.
For each glass juice take 1 glass sugar and reduce to the first measurement mark.
