English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3182 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Combine ½ pound butter, ½ glass sour cream, ½ glass water and about 1 pound barley flour.
Knead into a thick dough, form small round buns and bake.
