English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 3076 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare the dough exactly as in recipe No. 3075, with one difference: first add 2 zolotniks of well-dried, finely ground saffron to the milk and strain it before using.
