Add ¾ garnetz (9 glasses) of flour, 20 eggs beaten until pale, 1⅛ cups melted butter, 1 cup sugar and a flavouring of choice. Beat well and pour into a greased mould. After rising, bake in a hot oven for 1¼ hours.

The total flour is 1 garnetz. For six people use ⅓ garnetz flour, 1 glass milk, ¼ glass yeast mixture, about 7 eggs, ½ cup butter and ½ cup sugar.
