English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2479 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare the fish zrazy as described in recipe No. 1305, but omit the eggs and replace the ordinary cooking fat with fasting-day vegetable oil. Serve with dried green peas No. 2464.
