No. 2347 — Dried Raspberry Soup
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2347 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Cook one to one and a half glasses dried raspberries in water with half to one glass sugar until tender.
Thicken with a spoonful potato flour. One or two glasses sour cream may be added.
