No. 2320 — French Soup with Fresh Root Vegetables
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2320 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Prepare the French root-vegetable soup as in No. 159, but instead of cream and other dairy ingredients whiten the broth with almond, poppy-seed or hemp-seed milk; see Nos. 492 and 493.
