No. 2222 — Mushroom and Semolina Soup with Potatoes
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 2222 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Cook and strain mushroom broth as described in No. 2221.
Half an hour before serving add washed finely sliced potatoes and half a glass semolina, simmer until cooked and serve with dill.
