No. 195 — Dried Raspberry Soup
Complete English translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 195 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original quantities, preparation and source.
Boil 1–1½ glasses of dried raspberries in water with ½–1 glass of sugar until soft. Thicken with one spoonful of potato starch. One or two glasses of sour cream may also be added.
