No. 1923 — Frozen Punch from Fruit Juice
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 1923 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Freeze a water ice made from any fruit juice.
Add three egg whites and beat with a spatula for at least an hour.
Just before serving add two spoonfuls rum or one third glass champagne, mix and serve in glasses as in No. 1922.
