No. 1882 — Worm-Shaped Fried Noodles
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 1882 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Make noodle dough, shred it finely into very short, wormlike strands and fry in fresh butter until golden.
Transfer to a dish and pour over a sauce made from eggs, sugar, cinnamon and sour cream.
