No. 1556 — Simple Apple Pudding
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 1556 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Combine one glass of raw grated apple, half a glass of beaten eggs, three quarters of a glass of sugar, half a glass of thick cream, half a glass of ground rusks and a quarter glass of melted butter.
Mix well, pour into a mould and bake.
