No. 1502 — Prune Purée Pudding
English historical translation of Molokhovets recipe No. 1502 from the 1901 Russian cookbook, retaining original methods and measures.
Boil half a Russian pound of prunes in as little water as possible, rub through a sieve, add sugar and cook until thickened.
Continue exactly as for the apricot pudding No. 1499.
